Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) 🌟
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your dedication will enhance the quality of life for those in need. 🤗
Responsibilities:
🛁 Personal Hygiene Assistance: Help patients maintain good personal hygiene.
🍽️ Meal Preparation and Feeding: Plan and prepare meals; feed or assist with feeding the patient when needed.
🚶 Mobility Support: Assist patients with ambulation, including the use of walkers or wheelchairs.
💪 Exercise Assistance: Reinforce prescribed range of motion exercises.
💊 Medication Assistance: Assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered.
🏡 Safe Environment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
🧠 Mental Stimulation: Promote the patient’s mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest.
❤️ Emotional Support: Provide simple emotional and psychological support to the patient, family, and other caregivers.
🔍 Observation and Reporting: Report any changes in the patient’s mental or physical condition or home situation to the nurse.
🦠 Infection Control: Practice basic infection control measures.
📝 Documentation: Write notes about daily happenings and patient activities.
🤝 Companionship: Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Requirements:
✅ Experience: Previous experience in caregiving, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities.
💊 Skills: Proficiency in medication administration and catheter care.
👵 Patient Care Focus: Ability to provide high-quality patient care with a focus on senior care.
🗣️ Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🚗 License/Certification:
