International Nurse Jobs
in Florida Home Health & Pediatric Care
At Dynamiks Home Care, we care for medically fragile children, people with special needs, adults, and seniors in their own homes across Florida. Our nurses provide one-on-one, family-centered care, so this is a very different kind of international nursing job than a crowded hospital ward or short-term travel nursing overseas contract.
Why Join Dynamiks as an International Nurse
-

One-on-One Patient Care
At Dynamiks, you care for one child, adult, or senior at a time in their home. You have the time to assess, teach, and provide high-quality care without the constant rush and noise of a busy hospital floor.
-

Pediatric & Complex Care Experience
You will build experience with pediatric private duty nursing and complex home care cases such as trach/vent management, G-tube support, seizure disorders, and chronic conditions skills that grow your career long term.
-

Supportive Orientation & Mentorship
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. Dynamiks provides structured orientation to home health practice and access to experienced nurses who support you as you adapt to one-on-one care and in-home nursing.

🧸 Why International Nurses Choose Dynamiks
We’re a Florida home health provider that wants the right nurses on our own team. International nurses tend to choose Dynamiks for a few simple reasons:
You care for one patient at a time
Instead of juggling dozens of patients, you focus on one child, adult, or senior per shift. You have time to assess properly, teach calmly, and give the kind of care you were trained to give. You build real pediatric and complex-care experience
Many of our cases involve children with trachs and vents, G-tubes, seizure disorders, and other complex conditions, as well as adults and seniors with chronic illnesses. You grow into a strong home health and pediatric nurse, not just a “body on the schedule.”You’re supported as you transition
Home health is different from hospital nursing. We help you learn the standards, documentation, and in-home safety you’ll need, and we connect you with experienced nurses you can call when questions come up.You join a values-driven team
We talk openly, treat each other with respect, and put patients first. You are more than a slot on a staffing grid—you’re part of a team that actually knows your name.
How Our Roles Compare to Global Nursing Jobs and Travel Nursing Overseas
When nurses search for international nursing jobs, they often see short-term travel nursing overseas contracts that move them from country to country. Dynamiks Home Care offers something different. Our international RN jobs are focused on Florida home health and pediatric care. You work in one region, build long-term relationships with patients and families, and grow your skills in complex, one-on-one care. If you’re looking for a stable base in the U.S. as part of your international nursing career, rather than continuous travel, this style of work may fit you well.
Accredited & Licensed
At Dynamiks Homecare, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of care and service. We are fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and licensed in the state of Florida, a testament to our commitment to quality and excellence in home healthcare. This accreditation and licensure ensure that we meet rigorous standards in all aspects of our operations, from patient care to administrative practices.
🧸 The Kind of Nurse We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for a perfect home health résumé. We’re looking for strong nurses who can learn a new setting and work closely with families.
We’d like to hear from you if you:
Are a licensed nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent) in your home country
Have experience in one or more of these areas:
Pediatrics or NICU
ICU or step-down
Medical-surgical
Emergency / acute care
Community or outpatient care
Are comfortable working independently once you’ve been oriented
Can assess, prioritize, and document your care clearly
Communicate kindly and directly with patients, families, and colleagues
Feel drawn to one-on-one, relationship-based nursing
You do not need previous home health or private duty experience. If you’ve never set foot in a patient’s home as a nurse, that’s okay. We expect to teach you that part.
