Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)🌟

We are seeking a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for medically fragile individuals in a professional and considerate manner. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or doctor. The ideal candidate is qualified, compassionate, and experienced in providing diverse care while remaining patient and calm.

Responsibilities:

  • 📋 Record Medical Histories: Accurately document patients' medical histories.

  • 🌡️ Monitor Vital Signs: Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.

  • 👀 Observe Treatments: Monitor patients under treatment to identify progress and side effects of medications.

  • 📝 Patient Charts: Track patients' conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain detailed patient charts.

  • 🛁 Assist with Daily Activities: Help patients with necessary daily activities such as eating and bathing.

  • 💉 Administer Medical Care: Provide injections, prescribed medications, enemas; clean and dress wounds; assist with other basic medical tasks.

  • ❤️ Emotional Support: Offer emotional and psychological support when needed.

  • 🤝 Communicate with Families: Provide advice, comfort, and release instructions to patients' family or friends.

Skills and Qualifications:

✅ Proven Experience: Previous experience as an LPN or in a similar role.

🤝 Team Player: Ability to undertake diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.

🏡 Home Health Knowledge: Familiarity with home health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.

🔒 Confidentiality: Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.

📚 Medical Terminology: Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.

💪 Physical Stamina: Perfect physical condition and stamina.

🗣️ Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🎓 Education: Successful completion of an LPN license program is a must.
